Payment
• Payment is through PayPal.
• Although we require your payment at booking, we will not process the payment until we are ready to dispatch the box. We will send/telephone/email confirmation of this.

Delivery time
• Each party is made to order, therefore at busy periods it may take up to 21 days to put it together - you will need to allow for this in your party timetable. However, we aim to send it out to you ASAP. (We will make and send out your invitations and party theme sheet as soon as we receive your order - please allow one week). Should you cancel your box after the invitations are sent out you will be required to cover the cost of these plus postage.

Prices
• We reserve the right to increase prices without notice - but not after you have submitted an order.

Quantity
• Once you have placed your order, you are unable to decrease the number, however if you wish to increase your order, let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

The parties
• As with the nature of handmade items, there may be slight irregularities.
• We reserve the right to replace items with similar products of the same value if the one advertised is unavailable.
• To keep the originality of each party, we may change minor accessories i.e. the bunting will always have the same colour theme, but we may change the material.
• Each Party in a Box is carefully packed, however should any item be damaged when you receive it, we will send you a replacement provided you contact us immediately and return the damaged goods in it‘s packaging.
• The Handmade Party Co. promotes recycling and therefore we will re-use boxing or packaging wherever possible.
• The Handmade Party Co. has tested the activities on children, however you are responsible for the safety of the children in your care - you will need to supervise activities where appropriate and you should always check with parents for allergies etc.

Bespoke parties
• For an additional cost, we can put together a bespoke party for you. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your ideas.
